Dark Web is the most disgusting part (third layer) of internet world. It is a place or part for criminals. A number of criminal activities take place in this Web. Of course, it is also forbidden for public use.

But you can access it by the help of special software,  i.e.,  tor. There are a number of hacker who could hack the new user, because they don't know much about it and simply just log in to the web.
